A few months ago, I showed Alannah and Tyler’s a few old posts on my Instagram: the very moment Tyler got off his training wheel but headed straight to the pole, the moment alannah laughed hysterically and flipped herself into the water, that goal kick and all those playful moments together. Since then, she will ask from time to time to read the posts and will keep scrolling through my instagram reading captions, smiling and laughing on her own. I would even scroll back to 2015. Amused, fascinated and intrigued by all the moments captured. Tonight, she gave me a hug after reading a post and said to me “I love so much Mummy.”

I don’t know what post she read to make her express her love to me like that but I’m assuming she felt something.
