2 more sleeps till school starts.
After training, Nah-nah and I each had a kebab in bed watching Pay it forward. It’s dark and raining lightly outside so sitting in bed with a kebab watching a great movie is perfect.

Come 9:30pm, she said she needs to go to bed as she needs to put her body back in routine. She have been sleeping at 11pm at earliest and beyond midnight. She put on her duck eye cover to block out my laptop light and she drifted off 10 mins later. I could tell with her breathing.

I like that she’s responsible and knows what to do when she needs to do it.
